About Iain
Iain is Partner at PBL Law Group who obtained his qualifications from the University of Newcastle and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Iain has practised in various areas of law over his time as a lawyer and gained valuable experience, particularly in the areas of property law, commercial law, litigation, wills and estates and local government and planning law. Some of the clients he has acted for over the years have included blue chip mining companies, shopping centres, childcare centres, developers, strata managers, local councils and small to medium businesses. He has also acted on large multimillion dollar property and business transactions including the acquisition and disposal of property.
Iain has a particular interest in commercial and retail leasing, the sale and purchase of businesses, subdivisions, strata title, easements, acquiring and disposing both residential and commercial property, commercial and property litigation, and local government/planning law including land and environment court appeals.
Outside of work, Iain enjoys spending time with his family including taking them to the beach for a swim and a walk along the many beautiful locations around the Central Coast. He also enjoys all things sport and is a cricket tragic. He is a passionate follower of the Manly Sea Eagles in the NRL and is a member of the MacMasters Beach Surf Life Saving Club.
